My husband fell in love with me at the point of me showing him my papier mache dragon's wire innards. What a selection process! I haven't read it in a fairy tale.
Thank you all with your loveliness!!! I am blogging in fits and starts at the moment in line with my personality!
It's a guard-dragon btw and Ken D - it's just a photographic illusion - the dragon is the size of 3 tall by 3 wide, by 3 long double decker buses - to be precise xxxx
ILOVE THIS! it is so cute. wheew!!!!!!!! though, cuz at first, I thought it was a pinata. Then i read it was just a pmd/papier mache dragon. ;} WHAT A RELIEF.
Didn't exactly blossom in youth.
Was messy, unpredictable, non-compliant, mischievous, imaginative, couldn't wear clothes neatly, was a fussy eater, questioned a lot, didn't notice detail (like food dribbled down her front), loved to laugh and mess about, was always climbing on roofs and tresspassing, didn't really engage with school at first(couldn't really do letters or words) and never tidied her bedroom. Sadly her mother was sent the wrong child.
She took nearly 40 years to grow comfortably into her skin. Now she's raring to go!!!

Well who wouldn't fall in love with the person who created this?!
ReplyDeletePearl
I agree with Pearl! That dragon is a cutie :-)
ReplyDeleteYea but it was the wire innards that did it for him! That's not normal is it?
ReplyDeleteHe fell in love with you creativeness obviously! :)
ReplyDeleteWire innards does sound a bit odd.... but I bet it was your enthusiasm for them that did it.
ReplyDeleteAre you calling ME weird too Codgi?
ReplyDeletePerhap we are blissfully happy in our mutual weirdness.
I do have a little enthusiasm going on - you are right
xxxxx
I'm busy with Chicken Wire and Modroc this evening, not sure if it'll have the same effect though, worth a try.
ReplyDeleteOh the iron-y of metal innards in an organic monster... Fanciful yet structurally well engineered.
ReplyDeleteI don't blame Mr. Potter at all, not one bit, haha.
Love your lovely dragon!
ReplyDeleteMolly! You? Weird? Never! I have the monopoly on weirdness, it's well-known fact.
ReplyDeleteIf I could afford a twenty-foot metal dragon, I'd have one tomorrow climbing off my roof and breathing flames on any unwelcome visitors.
ReplyDeleteYour dragon is way too small to be anything but cute but its breathed fire in my quest to have one.
Thanks MollyP.
